Job summary

Staffmark in West Chester, OH is hiring a Reach Truck Operator. Earn $18.00–$19.50 per hour on 1st or 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) with 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedules.

You will move pallets, support order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience operating reach trucks, with a focus on safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets and inventory using a reach truck to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized warehouse environment and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with occasional loading/unloading and warehouse housekeeping.

• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
