Staffmark is seeking a Reach Truck Operator in Medley, FL to safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and organize palletized inventory across the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, support order fulfillment, and ensure accuracy of stock while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.
• Reach truck experience strongly preferred for Reach Truck Operator positions.
• Or 1 full year of warehouse freight handling experience.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Able to lift up to lbs consistently
