Location: Monroe, OH

Schedule: 1st Shift 5:30am-4pm or 2nd Shift 4pm-2:30am

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up reach truck forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Prepare products and pallets for shipment
• Label products and complete quality checks
• Shrink-wrap pallets and secure outgoing shipments
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping duties as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment required.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
• Must have previous experience and must pass a drive test before hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 35 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
