Your Role in Our Mission
As a Mobile Crisis Coordinator, you will provide behavioral health crisis intervention, stabilization, and care coordination for individuals in their homes and community settings. You’ll work collaboratively with families, providers, and community partners to ensure individuals receive timely, person-centered support during times of crisis.
