Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings seeks a Helicopter Pilot (HAA Pilot) for a full-time role in California, to provide critical medical air transport with a strong emphasis on safety and patient care. You must hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and meet flight-hour thresholds; you will ensure aircraft readiness and coordinate with dispatch and crews to move patients safely.

Salary range is $119,825–$131,807 with 35% geographic modifier, plus sign-on and retention

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• Minimum 100 instrument flight hours
• 200 helicopter night hours
• 230 lb weight limit with flight gear

Responsibilities

• Working with a team to safely transport customers to and from locations
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and FAR/REACH requirements
• Maintain REACH regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
