Job summary

REACH is seeking a Helicopter Pilot (SPIFR) in Apple Valley, CA to provide critical medical air transport for REACH customers. The role requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, instrument rating, and an active medical certificate, with substantial helicopter flight hours.

On-site duties include aircraft readiness, regulatory documentation, and teamwork with medical and dispatch staff. The package includes a 15K sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, on-duty housing, SPIFR and area stipend

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per FAR/REACH requirements and aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team for recording REACH changes.
