Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator at our Westminster, MD location. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inbound freight to inventory, stock shelves, and replenish pick slots while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience with forklift standup/reach included.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; lifting 10–35 lbs, up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move freight and stock.
• Replenish pick slots and ensure proper storage location and data entry.
• Maintain safety, GMP, and quality standards in all tasks.
• Perform safety checks and report unsafe conditions or acts.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and participate in housekeeping duties.
