Easterseals PORT Health seeks a Behavior Technician II for our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home in Woodbridge, VA. You will support individuals with co-occurring disabilities and behavioral health needs, facilitating daily programs and therapeutic activities.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and relevant IDD/BH experience, plus a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. We offer full-time and part-time schedules with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities.

We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.

We Are Hiring For The Following Schedules

• Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time) OR
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7am-3pm (Full-Time)

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

What We’re Looking For

• BT I: High School diploma
• Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
