We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician I to work with individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Therapeutic Home (ATH) located in Culpeper, VA.
Schedule: Part-Time: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (7am-3pm).
As a Behavior Technician I (BT), your days will be spent equipping individuals with the tools, coping skills and support to prevent hospitalization and crisis. Responsibilities include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.
