Comcast's RDK Post Release operations team supports the RDK software used on millions of devices. We ensure reliability and health of deployments by identifying issues, root-causing them, and driving fixes with engineering, operations, and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, debugging, or technical support.
• Experience with Linux and programming languages (C, C++, Python or similar).
• Exposure to data analysis or monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer-impacting field issues and identify root causes.
• Debug using data and logs to isolate faults.
• Monitor BI and telemetry dashboards to catch issues early.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners.
