Your Responsibilities
The Field Service Refurbishment/SDA Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and performance of BSH RDC and Consumer Product (CP) Workshop teams. This role ensures efficient processing of product returns, rework, inspections, refurbishment, and repair of Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA). The Supervisor maintains quality, safety, compliance, and operational execution across both workshop and warehouse repair operations. The position combines operational leadership, technical oversight and team development. Ensuring efficient processing, cost control, and high quality output across all appliance categories retailed by the organization.
- Supervise workshop technicians and RDC warehouse processors in relation to end-to-end refurbishment/repair processes for major/small domestic appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, tabletop single serve coffee products, vacuum cleaners, Vacuums, Kettles, Toasters, irons, etc.)
- Complete performance reviews and development plans for RDC and SDA workshop employees
- Point of contact for all internal and external audits at the RDCs/Workshops
- Promote and monitor daily productivity, backlog levels, output and KPI's among all RDC/Workshop processors
- Manage workflow across regional distribution centers and SDA workshops to ensure timely turnaround.
- Audit Aimsco entries, warehouse/workshop Spice RSOs/WSOs and associated dispositions for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure team adherence to company policies, processes, and standards and administer written correction action(s) as needed.
- Encourage and model effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with logistics to ensure flow of product to RDCs.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver ongoing technical training and repair procedures for workshop and warehouse processors as directed by the Regional Field Service Manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Conduct monthly safety training, ensuring compliance with BSH health and safety requirements and promote/enforce proper use of Safety and PPE across all teams.
- Ensure job documentation, systems, and procedures are accurate, complete, and consistently followed and drive continuous improvement in each of these areas.
- Carry out repairs and product dispositions at RDC and workshop locations as needed.
- Validate repackaging procedures for “return to A-stock,” ensuring quality and proper contents.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and logistic management to resolve process issues and concerns.
- Ensure best practices are applied across warehouse returns, workshop refurbishment, and repair processes.
- Perform all additional duties consistent with training and experience as assigned.
Pay range: $70,614 - $94,152
Incentive Plan: Annual Bonus

Your profile
- Two-Year College Required
- 5-7 Years of Experience (Warehouse and Technical Appliance Experience) – Required
- 0-2 Years of Experience (People Management Experience) – Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Aimsco is preferred.
- Competence using hand/small power tools and electrical/gas/electronic testing equipment.
- Functional basic math skills.
- Experience with repair, testing, or inspection processes (MDA/SDA preferred).
- Strong team-building skills and leadership presence preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to manage diverse personalities and work styles.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must live within two hours of a major airport.
- Must reside within assigned territory/region.
- Ability to travel for multiple days or weeks when required.
- Familiarity with general office equipment (computer, copier, fax, etc.).

Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
