Job summary

Ashley Furniture's Retail Distribution Center in Las Vegas is seeking a Training Specialist to lead RDC onboarding and professional development for warehouse associates, supervisors, and production staff.

You will design and maintain onboarding materials, deliver classroom and on-floor instruction across shifts, evaluate training outcomes, and coordinate with HR and operations to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RDC onboarding and professional development for associates and supervisors.
• Maintain onboarding program materials in partnership with HR and learning teams.
• Plan and deliver instruction across classroom, online, and production-floor settings.
• Assess training outcomes and track completion rates and scores.
• Coordinate schedules across shifts and manage training logistics.
