Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations or logistics.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain labor and capacity plans for volume forecasts and service requirements.
• Lead inbound and outbound scheduling to balance workload across shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and replenishment.
• Align staffing with operations needs, minimize overtime and underutilization.
• Analyze trends and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Coordinate dock capacity and trailer scheduling with transportation partners.
• Provide regular reporting on labor performance and service metrics.
• Coach planning team members and ensure accountability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
