Reliance Worldwide Corporation in Mesquite, TX is seeking a DC Planning Lead to coordinate the daily workload within our Distribution Center, ensuring inbound, storage, replenishment, and outbound activities run smoothly and on schedule. You will partner with Warehouse Leads and Supervisors to optimize labor, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory, or planning experience preferred.
• Experience working with SAP, ERP, WMS, or similar warehouse systems.

Responsabilités

• Utilize and maintain daily workload schedules to support distribution center operations.
• Monitor inbound receipts, replenishment, inventory movement, and outbound order requirements to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Leads and Supervisors to optimize labor allocation and workload distribution.
• Monitor replenishment tasks and inventory availability to support order fulfillment requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are processed and shipped according to planned ship dates and service expectations.
• Analyze operational data and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and distribute operational reports, workload updates, and planning dashboards.
• Communicate priorities, schedule changes, and workload concerns to leadership and team members.
• Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
• Assist with training and development of team members on planning processes, systems, and procedures.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Purchasing to meet service expectations
