Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the United States to lead distribution center activities and ensure safety, efficiency, and service levels.

The role focuses on budgeting, staffing, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with corporate and field teams to drive operational excellence across facilities.

You will monitor performance metrics, own safety culture, coach associates, and implement corporate priorities at store and DC levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• 1 year experience in distribution center operations (or 5 years if education not met).
• Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility.
• Experience mentoring and coaching others.
• Proven record for complying with safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Drives safety compliance and fosters a culture of safety across teams.
• Communicates effectively with associates across shifts about objectives and improvements.
• Assists Planning Manager with developing annual budget.
• Monitors controllable accounts and reports on variances to targets.
• Monitors operations reports to ensure smooth running.
• Reports KPIs and financial figures to upper management.
