Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional General Manager to oversee a million+ square foot distribution center, driving day-to-day operations, safety, and service excellence.

You will lead planning, recruitment, training, and budget management while building a positive associate relations culture and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

This on-site role requires multi-shift oversight, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and a proven record in large-volume distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7 years of distribution operations experience in a large, automated distribution center.
• 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining an effective management team.
• Experience creating and managing a budget.
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements and fostering a safety culture.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute daily, weekly and annual operational goals to meet service requirements.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse and talented associate population.
• Develop a positive, safe, productive work environment and associate relations focus.
• Manage relationships with store customers, local community, suppliers and corporate support.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and implement short and long term plans.
• Ensure effective stewardship of company resources.
