Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years of industrial semiconductor experience.
• Good understanding of semiconductor processing.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMOS operation and memory cell operation.
• Strong data extraction, analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-of-line test, parametric and fab data to identify design, process, and test issues that are impacting yield.
• Develop new tools for yield analysis and implement machine learning techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify interactions between process modules and equipment to detect failure mechanisms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot yield issues.
• Publish and present reports on analysis of process experiments.
• Support transfer of new parts from R&D to manufacturing.
