Job summary

Stadium Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality dental care in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with patient intake, imaging, chair-side support, and lab duties, while upholding infection control standards.

The role emphasizes patient education, meticulous x-ray work, and adherence to safety policies. Training and growth opportunities are available as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state-m mandated certifications/licensure
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by state

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency
• Contribute to Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors for efficient care
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by dentist
• Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines
• Comply with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)
