Dentists of Redding is hiring Registered Dental Assistants to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will assist with exams, radiographs, and intra-oral imaging while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role emphasizes sterile procedures, adherence to ADA/OSHA guidelines, and effective patient communication. A GED or high school diploma is required, with preferred associate degree or certificate.

Formación

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate degree or certificate from an accredited program is preferred.
• State certification/licensure/registration as required for RDA.

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
• Maintain sterile, clean, and cheerful environment for patients.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Comply with state/federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
