Dentists of Chino Preserve is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced office in Chino, CA. The role emphasizes patient education, efficient chairside assistance, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED plus state-mandated training for certification/licensure/registration.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state (e.g. coronal polish, radiograph exposure, ultrasonic scaling).
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent education/experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, cheerful environment and prepare patients for treatment, assisting doctors for efficient care.
• At dentist direction, perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies).
