Willow Terrace is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our Philadelphia, PA facility. You will develop and implement personalized diet plans for residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to meet health needs and preferences.

The RD will conduct nutritional assessments, educate residents and families, monitor progress, and help with menu planning and dietary compliance. A PA RD license and long-term care experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
