Qualifications

Overview

Onsite at Schwarz Cancer Center by North Hospital. Full‑time Mon‑Fri with the options of 8:00‑4:30 or 9:00‑5:30. This position is responsible for the delivery of customer‑facing services within the Revenue Cycle System Services, including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior‑authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information, and customer service. The position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. Incumbents are held to higher productivity and quality standards than RCS‑Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening uninsured and under‑insured patients for federally funded programs.

Requirements

• Customer service, Medicaid experience, and registration/hospital experience.
• For those serving as the Individual Solutions Coordinator (ISC), a current Indiana State Navigator's license is required.
• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• High level of interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
