Job summary

IU Health in Tipton, IN is seeking a Revenue Cycle Associate to deliver frontline services in patient access and financial clearance. The role covers registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, cashiering, and release of information in a 100% onsite setting.

Working hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, about 3.5 days per week, with rotating every-other weekends and a half-day Friday. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to meet productivity and service standards.

Qualifications

Job description

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, working 3.5 days per week. Rotating every other weekend, with a half-day shift on Fridays. This position is 100% onsite in Tipton, IN. This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.
