Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Cente seeks a Unit Manager to direct daily nursing unit operations in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring the highest quality care for residents. You will collaborate with the nursing leadership to maintain safe, efficient workflows and staff engagement.

The role requires an RN in good standing, BLS certification, wound care experience, and prior hospital or long-term care facility experience; strong knowledge of rehabilitative nursing

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• BLS Certification.
• Wound Care experience.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care;

Summary:

The Unit Manager will direct the daily functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing long term care facilities, and as may be directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• BLS Certification.
• Wound Care experience.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care;
• Previous experience in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care related facility required.
