Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) at our Hillcrest facility in Owensboro, KY. You will oversee nursing care delivery on a unit and lead CNAs and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active RN license, 1–3 years of related experience (supervisory preferred), and current CPR certification. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (RN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
