You will define product vision for core healthcare systems, collaborate across engineering, clinical, and business teams, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring scalable, compliant RCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Product management expertise in health tech or enterprise software, specifically in RCM solutions.
• Strong technical background in health systems, healthcare revenue cycle workflows, or healthcare integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision and strategy for core healthcare systems, focusing on revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality releases that optimize revenue cycles.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization of RCM solutions.
• Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and executive leadership on revenue cycle initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform continuous product improvements in RCM processes.
• Manage backlog and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of features.
