Chestnut Health in Oak Brook, IL seeks a revenue cycle leader to own and strengthen the back-end RCM as the organization scales. You will assess current processes, design a plan, and execute hands-on improvements in A/R, denials, and payer relationships.

This role starts as an individual contributor but will build and lead a team, developing reporting, dashboards, and controls while partnering with executives on forecasting and compliance across multiple sites.

Formación

• 7–10 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience in large-scale physician groups.
• Hands-on with A/R, denials/appeals, credentialing, and payer contracting.
• Experience leading a team and implementing EMR projects.
• Data-driven with strong reporting and analytics skills.
• Comfortable in startup culture with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess back-end revenue cycle; plan improvements to cash flow and A/R days.
• Own A/R management, follow-up, aging, and collections.
• Manage denials/appeals; identify root causes and preventions.
• Oversee credentialing and payer enrollment with payers.
• Lead payer contracting and ongoing relationships.
• Contribute to EMR implementation: workflow, billing config, testing.
• Build dashboards to track days in A/R, denial rate, net collections.
• Collaborate on forecasting and revenue performance with leadership.
• Document policies; ensure billing and coding compliance.
• Recruit, train, and lead a revenue cycle team as we grow.
