Job summary

Assembly Health is seeking a results-driven RCM and Billing Specialist to support account managers, oversee offshore teams, and improve claim follow-up processes.

You will handle complex denial follow-up, research payer policies, and coordinate with insurance payers, patients, and leadership to improve AR health status. The role demands accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or similar position preferred.
• Offshore management and collaboration experience required.
• Understanding of referrals and pre-authorizations, eligibility and benefits verification, and insurance billing.
• Manage critical deadlines and keen attention to detail.
• Task oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Present reports to Account Managers informing them of offshore KPIs and A/R health status.
• Other tasks as needed.

What You Will Do

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our RCM Account Manager.Salary Range$50,000—$52,000 USDCompensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
