College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks an experienced AR Director to lead and coordinate the accounts receivable follow-up team within Revenue Cycle Management. You will design and implement technology-driven processes to optimize denials management and reimbursement.

You will supervise staff, resolve complex AR issues, and collaborate with IT, coding, and other departments to streamline workflows and improve patient billing outcomes.

Qualificações

• High school graduate with additional coursework in accounting/business admin or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; leadership to reach consensus.
• Knowledge of CPT-4, HCPCS, UB-04, and ICD-10 coding and payor guidelines.
• Independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in work.

Responsabilidades

• Direct follow-up and balance resolution for outstanding AR under area of responsibility.
• Design, plan, and implement new technology to improve claims follow-up and denials operations.
• Supervise personnel responsible for resolving outstanding professional claims.
• Assist employees in resolving claims issues to prevent denials and ensure reimbursement.
• Review AR reports and coordinate productivity to resolve claims and reduce denials.
• Collaborate with IT/EPIC and Coding resources on system enhancements.
• Work with other departments to share data and create effective AR workflows.
• Monitor payor websites for updates and educate staff on changes.
• Collaborate with RCM leaders to improve processes and staff satisfaction.
• Address patient inquiries with Customer Service to resolve billing issues.
• Support system upgrades, changes, and testing.
