Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. is hiring an RCM operator in New York City to own the RCM layer end-to-end—from discovery to go-live. You’ll configure billing workflows, review payor contracts, and train customers while partnering with product to refine features.

You’ll troubleshoot AR exceptions and document processes for repeatable improvements, shaping our RCM product from day one. This role sits at the intersection of implementation, product, and revenue cycle, requiring strong RCM fluency and eagerness

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of RCM experience in consulting, a health tech startup, or a provider organization.
• Deep familiarity with billing workflows, payor contracting, and claims management — ideally in behavioral health.
• Comfortable reading an EOB, identifying a denial pattern, and knowing what to do next.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM implementations end-to-end, from discovery through go-live.
• Audit customer billing workflows and configure Ease accordingly.
• Review payor contracts and translate requirements into operational and product decisions.
• Build and deliver RCM training for new and existing customers.
• Partner with the product team to develop, test, and refine RCM features.
• Troubleshoot billing issues and AR exceptions directly with customers.
• Document learnings and turn them into repeatable processes and product improvements.
• Run sales engineering for RCM
