Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management consulting or medical billing.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end billing workflows across primary care and specialties.
• Comfort using AI in billing workflows and explaining ROI.
• Ability to map client pain points to product solutions in live discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCM-focused demos for small and mid-market prospects.
• Conduct live discovery with billing teams to map workflows.
• Advise customers on how Elation improves cash flow and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to align solutions.
