Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare admin, information tech, finance, or business.
• Ten years in project/program/portfolio transformation or healthcare/tech delivery.
• Five years in leadership managing PMOs or enterprise delivery functions.
• Master's degree and PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise Revenue Cycle portfolio.
• Establish portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, and stage-gate processes.
• Advise executives on investment, resourcing, and risk based on value and capacity.
• Develop PMO methodologies, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional programs from planning to benefits realization.
• Monitor performance and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Lead transformation across patient access, coding, billing, and denials.
• Partner with clinical, financial, IT, and operations leaders to align priorities.
