Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Project Manager, RCM to drive revenue cycle management initiatives and streamline workflows across practices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage analytical tools, and ensure timely delivery of projects that enhance practice experience and financial performance.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare RCM and 2+ years in a community oncology setting, with PMP/PM training preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• PMP certification, Project Management Courses, or PM experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a community oncology setting preferred.
• 3+ years of RCM healthcare experience required.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with the RCM team to support OneOncology RCM initiatives.
• Use analytical tools to track, report, and create action plans from KPIs.
• Collaborate with integrations and practice optimization teams during implementations and rollouts.
• Identify tasks, assign resources, and manage project plans to meet deadlines.
• Proactively assess projects and develop solutions as needed.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to achieve program plans within budget.
• Provide business analysis and due diligence support on new projects as required.
• Stay updated on project management best practices and emerging technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of RCM to move projects forward.
• Travel up to 50%.
