Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead end-to-end RCM studies on rotating, static, electrical and instrumentation assets, from boundary definition to FMEA and maintenance task selection.

You will conduct RCFA analyses, build failure mode libraries, run reliability simulations, and translate outputs into updated maintenance plans in SAP PM or Maximo, partnering with client teams across operations and engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RCM analysis and documentation.
• Lead workshops with client SMEs and operations teams.
• Ability to build and interpret reliability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end RCM studies from boundary definition through FMEA and task selection.
• Facilitate RCM analysis workshops with client SMEs and maintenance stakeholders.
• Translate outputs into updated maintenance strategies and load into SAP PM (or Maximo).
• Prepare audit-ready deliverables: RCM registers, FMEA worksheets, criticality assessments.
