Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Remote RCM Coordinator focused on denial management to support our national practice. You will work with the team to ensure accurate billing and timely submissions across US locations.

The role requires at least two years of medical billing experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 hourly with potential bonus, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of medical facility or medical office billing experience.
• Experience with payer billing and reimbursement workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated billing systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of full revenue cycle processes including Medicare/Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in professional demeanor, interacting with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date information on correct billing practices and payer requirements.
• Participate in daily revenue cycle management processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support leadership with regular reporting and monitoring of productivity and quality.
• Identify and communicate system access or workflow issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Execute other duties as needed.
