Job summary

Infinx in the United States seeks a Director – Revenue Cycle Operations to lead strategic client engagements and end-to-end RCM delivery. You will translate contract commitments into actionable operating plans, guide complex implementations, and ensure successful stabilization with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• 5+ years in leadership, consulting, implementation, or transition roles.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM workflows and payer processes.
• Experience with complex client implementations and offshore delivery teams.
• Certifications in RCM or process improvement are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery & implementation for client engagements.
• Translate contract scope into executable operating plans.
• Validate workload, staffing, and readiness for go-live.
• Provide SME guidance across billing, posting, AR, denials, and collections.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and financial outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Customer Success for alignment.
