Job summary

Infinx is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead strategic delivery for complex client engagements across billing, denial management, and AR optimization. You will translate contractual commitments into executable operating models and ensure readiness for go-live and stabilization.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and automation acumen to improve cash flow, QA, and client satisfaction while partnering with Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• 5+ years in leadership, consulting, implementation, transition, or operational transformation capacity preferred.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of end-to-end physician and/or ambulatory RCM workflows.
• Strong experience across billing, payment posting, AR, denials, appeals, collections, and reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrated success resolving complex delivery issues and client escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery for client implementations and complex transitions.
• Translate contract scope and client expectations into executable operating plans.
• Conduct operational discovery and validate assumptions before implementation.
• Define KPIs, staffing, and capacity models for programs.
• Monitor production volumes, backlog, and quality during go-live.
• Provide SME guidance on billing, denials, and appeals across client engagements.
• Partner with Product and Technology to enable workflow automation and digital transformation.
