Job summary

Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management Data & Technology to optimize data, technology, and reporting across Emergency and Hospital Medicine services. This role ensures data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity throughout the revenue cycle ecosystem.

The Senior Analyst partners with Revenue Cycle Operations, IT, Coding, Billing, Provider Enrollment, Hospital Partners, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT management experience.
• EHR/EMR experience required.
• Chart auditing/Optimization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RCM data, technology, and reporting for accurate revenue capture.
• Develop and enhance the RCM data warehouse, reporting, and integrity databases.
• Monitor data flows among EMRs/EHRs, coding platforms, clearinghouses, payer systems, and enrollment systems.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and hospitals to resolve interface and data issues.
• Maintain executive, operational, and exception reporting on RCM performance and data integrity.
