Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers for NAVIR RCM and CBM+ tasks.
• Perform detailed RCM studies according to standards.
• Analyze functions and develop maintenance strategies.
• Prepare clear and concise RCM analysis reports.
• Recommend preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate maintenance task effectiveness and cost.

Skills

Experience with NAVIAR RCM and CBM+

Experience with NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements

Experience with reading and understanding engineering drawings

Experience with reading and understanding technical manuals

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or higher preferred
