Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a detail-oriented RCM Office Clerk to support the Revenue Cycle Management department. This role handles mail, faxes, emails, paper claims, EOBs, and daily client payments in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of medical office experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume setting. This can be full or part time with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the RCM department.
• Process mail, faxes, and emails for multiple states.
• Handle paper claims and EOBs for mailing to insurers.
• Process daily patient payments and deposits.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• Protect patient and company information per HIPAA policies.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume setting.
• Support RCM staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
