Pure Infusion is seeking a detail-oriented RCM Office Clerk to support the Revenue Cycle Management department. This role handles mail, faxes, emails, paper claims, EOBs, and daily client payments in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of medical office experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume setting. This can be full or part time with standard business hours.

The RCM Office Clerk provides administrative and operational support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department by accurately processing and routing daily incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails, for multiple states. The position is responsible for preparing and processing paper claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), completing daily patient payment and credit card transactions, preparing bank deposits, and assisting with various RCM administrative functions.
The RCM Office Clerk must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and customer service skills while working in a high-volume environment. The team member is expected to process transactions and documentation accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality and complying with HIPAA, patient privacy, payment security, and organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities may vary based on departmental priorities and operational needs.
