Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans in Philadelphia seeks a Manager Revenue Cycle Informatics & Reporting to lead analytics and reporting across Epic dashboards and KPIs. You will manage a team of analysts delivering accurate, timely dashboards and operational reports used across HB, PB, Denials, AR, Cash Collections, and Coding.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in revenue cycle informatics, with experience in Epic reporting tools (Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer) and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years in revenue cycle informatics or IT, networking, vendor integration and hardware support.
• Epic reporting tools (Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer) and SQL based analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead and develop analytical staff.
• Strong communication, translate data to insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of reporting and informatics analysts.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and month-end reporting for revenue cycle operations.
• Ensure data accuracy across Epic dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Translate business needs into reporting specifications and informatics requirements.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and workflow enhancements across Epic and related platforms.
• Monitor performance indicators and escalate issues to leadership.
• Manage incoming requests and prioritize deliverables and projects.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency.
