Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Manager - IS Epic Reporting to lead a team of software engineers and deliver clinical and business reporting across acute and ambulatory settings.

The role requires Epic Cogito, Caboodle, and Clarity expertise, strong SQL skills, and proven leadership to guide project delivery, ensure data quality, and partner with executives on reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of progressively more responsible reporting experience with emphasis on clinical and business analytics workflows.
Expert knowledge of SQL, Epic reporting tools including Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Slicer Dicer, Radar, Reporting Workbench; BI tools.
Thorough understanding of database tools, data warehouses, and report validation methods.
Preferred understanding of SFTP configuration.
Knowledge of system application implementation, enhancement and support methods.
Experience mentoring and evaluating team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

Designs and implements reporting solutions for clinical and business stakeholders.
Supervises QA on application functionality and adherence to PM standards.
Oversees project schedules and estimates through final implementation.
Trains and mentors analysts; provides guidance on performance and data integrity.
Maintains regular communication with user community and management.
