Jefferson Health seeks a Healthcare Data Analyst to join the Healthcare Economics (HCE) team. You will compile, verify, and analyze data for trend analyses related to clinical, provider, and senior management requirements, and help define datasets for use by Health Partners Plans’ departments.

You will gain exposure to financial and clinical analytics, develop executive-level reports, and support decision-making with dashboards and BI tools such as Qlik, MicroStrategy, and MS Excel/Access.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or higher in actuarial science, math, statistics or analytical field.
• 2 years healthcare experience with utilization review, case management, managed care, data analysis or QA.
• Experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding and DRG’s a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Create accurate reports for departmental decisions using BI tools.
• Provide utilization, trend, and outcomes analyses from claims and membership data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for frequently requested reports.
• Analyze data to identify drivers of trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and support data governance initiatives.
