Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a Data Analyst to support departmental operations by collecting, organizing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data. This role ensures data accuracy and integrity and prepares routine and ad hoc reports to aid operational and business decisions.

The analyst will work with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, contribute to data quality efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to respond to data requests while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Collects, organizes, maintains, and validates data.
• Prepares and distributes routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries using spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Reviews data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; identifies discrepancies and assists with data quality and integrity activities.
• Performs basic data analysis and trend reporting to support operational decision-making, performance monitoring, and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with staff to respond to data requests, maintain reporting documentation, and ensure the confidential handling of sensitive information.
