Job summary

EnableComp, a leader in Specialty Revenue Cycle Management, seeks a Data Analyst in San Francisco to transform healthcare data into actionable insights. You will build and optimize reports, dashboards, and models to track operational and financial performance, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborating with Operations, Product, IT and Data teams, you’ll apply statistical methods, validate data, and drive data-backed improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, CS, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, reporting, or relational databases experience.
• 3-5 years in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards and models to measure performance.
• Translate findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and perform thorough validation checks.
• Document methodologies and support multiple high-priority projects.
