An established industry player is seeking a dedicated RCIS Crop Claims Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role involves conducting field inspections, assessing crop damage, and providing exceptional service to both agents and farmers. Zurich is currently looking for a RCIS Crop Claims Specialist I or a Claims Crop Field Adjuster I to join our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team. RCIS is one of the leading crop insurance providers in the U.S. and offers insurance protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 3,600 licensed agents. Together with RCIS agents, we protect America's farmers and ranchers.
The RCIS Crop Claims Specialist will work out of the state of Wisconsin. This incumbent will work from a home-based office. This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week. Approximately 50% travel is expected to cover the territory.
The ideal candidate will need to live and service within a 100-mile area of the following Wisconsin counties: Washington County, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Winnebago, Manitowoc.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The salary range for this position is $45,801.60 - $60,000.00. The proposed hourly salary range for the Claims Crop Field Adjuster I is $22.02 - $28.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
