Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism in Gilbert. This role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules and a competitive hourly rate of $18–$28.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions in natural environments, collecting data, and coordinating with program staff to ensure consistency and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
