Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Available mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and data collection under BCBA guidance.
• Follow personalized plans and contribute to consistent progress for clients.
