Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated staff to work one‑on‑one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll implement behavior plans under a supervising BCBA, collect data, and build strong relationships with families while staying active and engaged.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification or are on track to obtain one, with reliable morning/afternoon/evening availability and transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes/schools

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities
• Follow a BCBA‑provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data
• Build consistent relationships to support child growth; BCBA mentorship is available
